House Rules
Guest access - Private room & Private attached bathroom. - Patio space for outdoor relaxing ( please enjoy but remember to respect the community by using your outside voice while out there) . - Guest DOES NOT have access to any other area in the house including but not limited to kitchen , living room , fridge, stove . - Please lmk if you need to use washer & dryer . ( I may or may not have detergent available as a COURTESY) - your room has mini fridge , microwave & coffee &tea maker & silverware - - The BEDROOM closet contains : Vacuum , Heater , Fan , iron , ironing board , extra pillows & blankets & hangers. - The BATHROOM closet contains: perfume & cologne for male & female , Towels , blow dryer , flatiron, & 1 curling iron
