Overview
We are taking the hosting experience to the next level as for the first time since we started hosting, we are opening the doors of our lovely home. As professional hosts with a background of experience, we feel comfortable and secure in opening our private house to guests. Our offering includes a private double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and an incredible view of Kent and the River Thames. The room is fully equipped with many personal touches from our hearts to yours.
House Rules
Smoking is permitted outside the property only. Please make sure lights, cooking appliances are switched off when not in the accommodation. Always close/lock the door when you are not at the property and at check-out leave the key in your bedroom. As a courtesy to neighbours, please try and keep noise to a minimum. (Especially hours: 22:00 and onwards). Please use the bin in the bathroom to throw sanitary pads in. Kindly communicate damages or malfunctions as soon as they occur, so they can be fixed in time. Please No shouting on the street and in the house. Close the window before you go out. Please try to leave the accommodation as clean and tidy as possible and it is mandatory to take care of your trash. Only for booking longer than 7 days, please note you are responsible to provide for yourself toilet paper, shampoo, shower gel when is finish.
