Our house is located in a nice and secure neighborhood, near a cute river where people go out to exercise and with their dogs, 10 minutes away from downtown, 5 minutes to University of Azuay, the mall and also to shopping areas and restaurants. Easy acces to taxis and busses.

Smoking outside the house is allowed. You will have a light breakfast, and you are welcome to use the kitchen if you bring food to the house as long as you keep it clean and everything like you find it, and replace anything in case you use it.
