Close to freeway 170 and Redline metro station Five current tenants: 3 males, chef and Kaiser HR admin, 2 females- waitresses. Looking for clean, friendly, easy-going, responsible persons. we have small weight/dumbbell workout areas
House Rules
You must clean after yourself immediately, especially in the kitchen ( all dishes/ utensils) within 30 min after cooking. Bathroom usage. There is once a week trash bag removal chores. No loud noise or any type nuisance that may disturb other tenants.
