Nested at a prime location with stunning view of the Naini Lake and entire town, away from the hustle of the town in a quite and peaceful neighbourhood with a huge garden and sitting area with continuous WiFi in the premises, ideal for travellers looking for a quiet retreat amidst nature - Alpine trees, himalayan flowers and endless trails right outside your window. Bask in the sun and read a book while sipping the pahadi chai here!!
House Rules
For queries or requests:- 1. Since our homestay is located at a quiet neighborhood that sleeps early, we expect the guest/guests to maintain the peaceful atmosphere of our place and restrain from any activity that might disrupt the atmosphere and solitude of the place and it's surroundings/neighborhood especially after dark. 2. We follow "Strict quiet time after 10 PM"- No talking outside the rooms, no music or noises inside the room - as sound is quite audible in the building after dark. 3. Alcohol consumption is strictly prohibited at the homestay 4. There is a steep 150 meter downhill/uphill walk including a flight of stairs to the house from the general car parking area, which takes about 5 minutes to walk down from. We expect the guests to be prepared of that, however, we can arrange for a porter facility to carry the luggage on advance notice. 5. Housekeeping charges are 100/= which is done on bi-weekly basis, along with any other dues. 6. All guests are required to submit a copy of their valid ID's with address proof at check-in, or send over their IDs and necessary documents before check-in. Note: PAN Card is not accepted as a valid ID. 7. Smoking should not be done inside any of the rooms. We expect the guests to maintain the tranquility and general cleanliness of the place. 8. Place is suitable only for quiet and peace-loving people. Partying, playing loud music or similar activities anywhere on the campus at any time is not allowed. 9. Food options:- There's a functional common kitchen (not attached) at the homestay for all the guests to use, with a gas stove, LPG cylinder and all the basic utensils for cooking meals and beverages, which is accessible by moving just a couple rooms around the garden area, which can be accessed by the all guests at the homestay. Meals can also be ordered at the homestay via swiggy/zomato usually available between 10 am to 5 pm in town, and also through the local motorcycle taxi people who are available to deliver food/grocery etc between 9 am to 9 pm. NOTE:- Homemade meals are not available. 10. Room Heater is available on request and is charged at ₹300/night. Porter charges ₹100/= one way.
