Overview
We are surrounded by chinampas, docks where kayaks, flower growers' canoes, and trajineras depart. You'll find many waterways, vestiges of ancient Tenochtitlán. Twenty minutes away is the UNAM School of Arts. An hour away is the magical town of Tlayacapan. An hour away are the Mixquic cemeteries, beautiful on November 1 and 2. A few minutes away are the Xochimilco cemeteries, where a unique vision of life and death is preserved. An hour away is the historic center of Mexico City.
