Peaceful Townhome close to Boone
Overview
We are in a beautiful, peaceful little neighborhood just outside of Boone, with quick access into town. We are also very close to Blowing Rock and Banner Elk, and all the hiking and skiing in the area. This area is famous for it's beautiful panoramic mountain range views and all kinds of outdoor activities in every season. My son, our feline pal, and I love meeting new people and introducing visitors to our beautiful area. We home school and are in and out a lot, always on adventures, climbing, field tripping, and hiking. Parking is included and available in garage (which you'll want in the winter!) or behind our home for convenience. You'll have a bedroom and bathroom virtually all to yourself with a view of the sweet pond and a mountain to wake up to every morning. The bed is a very comfortable, almost new futon. This home is warm and cozy in the winters here. If you want a family friendly, yet fairly quiet and private environment, you'll love staying here. You're welcome to hang out with us in the living room, dining room, and kitchen areas on the first floor. There is a Keurig for coffee, a teapot for hot water (I love hot tea!), and of course a fridge, microwave, and other kitchen amenities. We love welcoming folks into our home and making sure you have everything you need!
House Rules
Absolutely no smoking. No parties or events. Quiet hours after 9 pm (my son's bedtime) Please wipe and remove shoes when coming into the house (we have white carpet). Must be able to climb stairs - Just a few stairs going into the home (porch stairs). I cat lives in our home, indoors. Some spaces are shared - living room, dining room, kitchen
