Quiet time after 10pm during the week We respect personal security (ours and yours) and sharing of the house entry code is not allowed! No unannounced or extra overnight guests Laundry is available but not unlimited (2 loads per week pls) Guests provide their own Laundry soap, toiletries and food *Utilities are included and mindful use is appreciated Weekly vacuuming of bedroom and cleaning of bathroom is provided. No outdoor shoes worn inside. We LOVE our fur babies and insist that they be treated kindly. *Respect for care of property
