Peaceful haven near Montreal
Overview
I'm Sonia, a friendly woman who lives alone with a small dog (mini dachshund) and 2 cats in a cute house in the old Longueuil. The room is cozy and nicely furnished, with a double bed, nightstand, a small table and a comfortable chair. Next to it in another room, there is a mini kitchen equipped with a microwave, toaster, coffee machine, 2 induction hot plates for light cooking, a small fridge, table and chairs and exercise equipment. There is also a private 2 piece toilet room. The house is clean, bright and quiet and has WiFi throughout. The room is perfect for a responsible, independent, self sufficient adult. There is a laundry room, a shower in the main washroom. It's 2 min to a bus stop and 9 min bus ride to the metro (subway). Only 2 metro stations to downtown Montreal. Grocery stores, convenience stores, and shops are at walking distance. Coffee is included for short stays. I speak French, English and Spanish. Welcome.
House Rules
Smoking is not allowed in the house or on the premises. No pets allowed to avoid problems with mine. Light cooking only (no onions or garlic on a regular basis). No noise after 9 pm. Do no invite other guests without permission. Showers kept to a reasonable time.
