Quiet single room in a gated community with on-site security located in Blackrock, close to the City Centre. Access to the Centre via bus routes and dart train within 5 minutes' walk. Suitable for a serious student, close to all major Universities and Hospitals (for medical students).It is within walking distance of Smurfit business school. You will be living with a mother and son (also University Student) so not a party house. Close to parks and the seaside to explore during your weekends. Blackrock Village 5 mins walk with supermarkets, cafes and restaurants. Secure bike shed also available on grounds.Over 18s only.
House Rules
Nobody to be invited into our home unless cleared by me. No Overnight guests No drugs alcohol or smoking allowed . Kitchen is restricted access only and we will discuss times when you arrive. No laptops allowed in kitchen,it's for eating only! Guests are expected to clean up kitchen after use.They are expected to keep their bedroom and bathroom clean also. Payment in advance on first day please..you can pay monthly if staying for a couple of months.
