House Rules
House Rules: 1. Check-In/Check-Out: • Check-in time is at 01:00 pm, and check-out time is at 11 am. • Please inform us in advance if you need to adjust these times. 2. Smoking: • Smoking is allowed outside in the balcony. • Please use provided ashtrays and clean them before your check-out, placing them back in their designated area. 3. Quiet Hours: • Please observe quiet hours from 11 pm to 7 am. • Be respectful of neighbors and keep noise levels down. 4. Guest Limit: • The maximum number of guests allowed is 2 for each room. • Inform us in advance if you plan to have additional guests. 5. Parties/Events: • Parties and events are not allowed without prior approval. • Be mindful of noise levels, especially during late hours. 6. Kitchen Use: • Feel free to use the kitchen, but please clean up after yourself. • Label any food items with your name and check the expiration dates. 7. Appliances/Utilities: • Please turn off lights, air conditioning, and appliances when not in use. • Report any malfunctions or issues promptly. 8. Damages: • Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay. • Report any accidental damages immediately. 9. Security: • Inform the live in house-help while leaving from home if you are coming back late at night 10. Garbage/Recycling: • Dispose of trash in the provided bins. 11. Parking: • Please park only in designated areas. 12. Amenities: • Use provided towels and place them in the laundry bag after use. 13. Communication: • Let us know immediately if you encounter any issues during your stay.
