Overview
At Patan Lanna Homestay, you get to join in and live the real lifestyles of the Thai - Yong community. It’s a wonderful way –and the only way – to genuinely feel the traditions of a Thai-Yong village first hand. At the homestay guests are treated like family and we arrange everything to make sure your stay is comfortable and very enjoyable. There are 2 options for you to choose from: 1. If you choose to stay at Patan Lanna Homestay without tour & activities, you will be responsible for yourself in regards to transportation. There are activities that you can do such as ride a bicycle, travel around the village, etc. My friend speak only Thai and a little in English. I'm the friend of the Homestay's owner (I'm working in Chiang Mai city). I can guide you how to get there. 2. If you choose to stay with private tour & activities, I will take care of you with English speaking, we offer you an accommodation with a local day tour. There are many activities during our homestay, such as cooking, trial to dress and see traditional Thai – Yong cloth. As part of the tour package, you will get to travel around the village. You will see cloth weaving, Thai - Yong museum, Thai herbs, making sticky rice basket, making bloom from coconut leaf, making dream catcher, painting, making rice crispy, work shop and shopping local hand made gifts/products, etc. We hope you come join us for a once-in-a-lifetime genuine Thai-Yong community experience. Package room with private tour, round-trip transportation and all meals. 2 days 1 night Private tour 1 person = 4500 Baht 2 persons =7000 Baht (3,500 Baht/person) 3 persons = 9000 Baht (3000 Baht/person) 4 persons = 10,000Baht (2500 Baht/person) More than 4 persons = 2500 Baht/person Traditional Thai massage 200 Baht/person (only on Wednesday & Saturday) We also do 3 days 2 night or 1 days tour Remark: - This homestay run by local people, some income goes to local villager. - The schedule is subject to change according to weather and community activities. - Patan Lanna homestay is 22 km. far from Chaing Mai town, about 30 minutes driving.
