Overview
Our home is embracing the beautiful view of Millerton Lake State Recreation Area & Friant Dam. This State Recreation Area offers visitors swimming, fishing, and boating. The hills surrounding the lake provide good hiking opportunities. Wildlife in the park includes ground squirrels, cottontails, mule deer, badgers and bald and golden eagles. During winter, the park has special boat tours to view the bald eagles. Since we are a gay couple with 2 friendly dogs (Husky/Boxer mix). We prefer low-maintenance guests who are gay-friendly and pet-friendly.

(1) You are required to show passport or driver licence on arrival. (2) No pet is allowed. (3) Guest under 18 is not recommended. (4) Smoking is only allowed outside of the house.
