Overview
this big villa is my parent's house but they live in separate and left part of the house with their own entrance. We only share a garden but you have your own entrance as separate home and we respect your privacy. However, if you like to socialize, we can have a barbecue together :) I travel a lot and I like sharing travel stories! Also I like my town a lot and I always have some hidden gems to reveal for you. Anyway, I'm always around if you need me. Enjoy your stay and feel like at home! Please note: for shorter stay, this house has a doorman. For longer stay, it's all yours! Your own key, your place to stay!
House Rules
Please note the advance payment is required after the booking is confirmed on the platform. Guests can smoke outside at the terrace or on the balcony. please keep your valuables with you or in a safe deposit. please reserve your parking lot in advance. please respect neighbors by avoiding noise late in the evening or early in the morning. instead shoes, please use slippers during your stay in the house. If not, then please order extra cleaning service during your stay. Thank you! I can deliver fresh groceries per small fee. I can offer translation services per small fee. I can arrange convenient transport or shuttle for you free of charge. I can arrange catering if you are having a party per extra fee. I can arrange city tour for bigger group per extra fee. I can advice about laundry service in the city center if you don't want to do it yourself. City tour for smaller group or my guests up to 4 is free of charge. Please feel free to ask me about any other inquires you might have.

Ground floor. Private entrance. Sleeping room and private bathroom. Fridge, kettle and toaster are available in the kitchenette. No cooking facilities. No wash machine. There is a balcony and seating area outside.
