House Rules
Rules and policies: 1. Arrivals. For reasons of respect for the owners of the house and other guests, the maximum time of arrival is at 23.00 hrs. After that time the house will close its doors to allow everyone's rest. 2. Belongings of the guests. Guests are especially asked to take care of their belongings. The owners will not be responsible in any way for any loss or damage to the guest's belongings or anything else they own and that they have left in the room or the locker or any other part of the house for any reason, including theft or theft. 5. Property damage. The guest will be responsible for any loss or damage to the property of our house caused by themselves, their guests or any person for whom they are responsible. This includes the furniture and all the equipment that is inside the house or its external space. 6. Rights of the owners. It is agreed that the guest who will behave in a respectable manner and will not cause any discomfort or annoyance within the premise of the house. No parties of any kind are allowed, including pajamas, alcoholic beverages under any circumstances, as well as any type of psychotropic medication within the home, including the entire perimeter where it is located. The owners have the right to request any guest to vacate their room or other areas of the house immediately without prior notice and without reimbursement, or compensation in the event of noncompliance with the rules and policies of the property.
