Palatial estate
Overview
We live in a very quiet neighborhood, close to all, in the jewel of the Hills, the La Jolla of east county. House has 360 degree view of all of San Diego and at the top of the La Mesa Highlands. It has a rural flavor and there are coyotes that live in and around the surrounding area to add to the rural flavor of the quaint neighborhood.
House Rules
No Smoking and do not want smell in my house. After 10 p.m. till 8 a.m. we request that guests be prepared to be quiet out of respect to those who are sleeping. We go to bed early and get up early and we like quiet time in evenings. If any additional costs are incurred, they will be at the expense of the guest (movies on pay per view, etc.)

Room has a double bed with television in it and closet with mirrored glass sliding doors with Elizabeth Ashley shutters on the windows. It is about 12' x 12' in length and width and very quiet room with ceiling fan that is carved palm tree leaves.
