Overview
Warm welcome to "PALAKAL RESIDENCY", a Diamond classified Homestay by Dept. of Tourism, Govt. of Kerala. We are very happy to offer our own home as your own Home in Cochin Kerala India. Our House is near the back waters of Cochin south. A Kerala and Gujarat style bungalow with Garden in front. All four Rooms are Air conditioned and attached bath, One Drawing room with TV and Sofa sets, Sit out with Swing, Kitchen with Dinning in 1st floor. Entrance from outside. Me and My Wife Lissy live in Ground floor & our only son is in Australia. Free Wifi is available.
House Rules
Please keep our home secure and double-lock the front door when entering and leaving the house. Please do not adjust the heat settings yourself, ask me and I will happily do it for you. Keep noise to a minimum after midnight please. Please do not invite strangers into our home; if you would like to invite a friend over just agree it with me in advance. Please enjoy your stay and treat our house as you would your own home!
