Please refrain from using any hair dye or nail polish/remover or very strong perfume/oils in the flat, Damage/breakages will be charged accordingly. Replacement of lost keys £50. Please no entry later than 12 midnight , as everybody in my building including myself are working people and need their sleep. Thanks. Generally check in is after 2.45pm and check out 11am other times by arrangement depending on my work commitments. When you get in touch with me, a photo is always nice, so I feel I'm corresponding with an actual person!
