Please read carefully the following to protect both parties: 1. No smoking, illegal drug use and Marijuana allowed inside the house or on the property. 2. We will charge $400 for cleaning the smell of Cigarette, Marijuana and/or any other illegal drugs detected by us. Parking: Street parking permit is available from the City of Toronto at a cost of $14.49 per 24 hours or $21.74 per 48 hours or $33.51 per week plus H.S.T. Look up "temporary City of Toronto parking permit" then follow the steps to receive your parking permit. Print and place the permit on your dashboard prior to your arrival.
