Overview
We are a family of four, with two grown kids who come and go. We've been hosting for 25 years and chose this house because it's perfect for hosting guests and events. Our best match is a guest who is looking to explore the area and learn about local life. It's a friendly family situation, so may not be ideal for visitors who only want a cheaper alternative to a hotel. For the same reason, we like to get to know you a bit through communication before we approve the stay. We appreciate guests who provide some information about themselves in their profile, and we love to see positive reviews from previous hosts. NOTE: Due to family scheduling needs, it is difficult for us to accept last-minute requests.
House Rules
We ask permanent residents (us!) and guests to 1) be considerate of others and clean up after themselves 2) be open and communicative 3) be interactive but also respect the need for privacy and quiet time

This is a single room on the second floor. The room has its own balcony overlooking the pool.
This is a spacious double room on the second floor, with lots of storage space and a view of the pool.
Next to large living, dining and outdoor space which can be exclusive for guests by prior arrangement. We have central air, but this area can get warm in daytime. Ocean breezes cool it off nicely at sunset.
