Overview
The space is beautifully furnished and feels like home. The apartment faces north so it’s drenched in sun and warmth. The bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed, ceiling fan, side tables, lamp and wardrobe. Kitchen & dining area are shared spaces as is the brand new bathroom. All shared living spaces are shared and you have full use of the kitchen. You will have a dedicated shelves in the fridge and kitchen. I am happy to socialize or give you your own space
House Rules
Please be neat, tidy and clean up after yourself. No parties, smoking or overnight visitors. Check-in time is from 5pm - 9PM and check out by 10AM to allow for room change over. This is flexible if I don’t have someone checking out on the same day. Please remove shoes in the house. Smoking not permitted anywhere on the premises. Please ensure all guest names are included and verified as part of your booking (ID verification will be requested at check-in) This is our home please no additional guests. Lost keys replacement charge $45 Garage remote replacement $100
