We are renting one brand new, fully furnished room in St Ives with an ensuite and separate entrance. Also, you will have a small cooking area with a hot plate and wash basin. REMEMBER: You will have almost zero interaction with the owners as you will have a separate entrance to your room. Isn't that good? But we are always there to help you. SINGLE Occupancy FEMALE TENANTS only. We have provided a bar fridge and microwave. hot water kettle and hot plate for minor cooking. This is a 5-bedroom newly built house occupied by a professional couple. We have no intention to rent other rooms. The rent includes utilities and WiFi. Suits a quiet and tidy woman MINIMUM STAY IS 3 MONTHS. Excellent location: Next to the bus stop and 1.6 km to Gordon station. Also, you can get direct buses to CBD (Wynyard station). Express bus takes only 32 minutes. There is plenty of on-street parking. No couples or pets, please. Rent $350 per week.
