House Rules
Home stay avail only for minimum 4- 8 months maximum basis stay, first and last months rent due upon arrival, 60 days notice in advance of departure. Any damages will need to be compensated for. Keep living areas tidy and dishes left in kitchen, and bathroom left clean. No sleep overs and no parties. Females ONLY.
