House Rules
1. ONLY SMOKE ON THE TERRACE OR OUTSIDE THE APPARTMENT. 2. IF HAVE COMPANY HAS TO PAY THE NIGHT OF THE GUEST ($50 USD/NIGHT). 3. DONT ALLOW TO STAY WITH COUPLE MORE THAN 3 NIGHTS PER WEEK 4. PARTIES OR MEETINGS CAN ONLY BE ORGANIZED IN THE SALOON OF THE CLUB HOUSE (COST: $30 USD) 3. IF USES THE VISITORS PARKING AT NIGHT HAS TO PAY THE RATE OF THE CONDOM FOR IT. 4. IN GENERAL WE ARE VERY OPEN MINDED WITH A CLASSIC WAY OF LIVING: WE WILL NOT BE MAD IF ONCE IN A WHILE YOU PLAY LOUDLY MUSIC, HOWEVER, WE WOULD NOT EXPECT YOU TO DO IT FROM MONDAY TO FRIDAY. WE ARE PRACTICAL BUT ALSO DISCIPLINED AND ORGANIZED.
