Welcome, International and Canadian Female Students! We are a small, caring family offering a safe and comfortable home exclusively for female students. Our fully furnished room provides a clean and cozy space with a comfortable single bed, free WiFi, and free laundry access. Location: Fleetwood Tynehead, Surrey, BC * 2 minutes walk to public bus stop, 10 minutes by bus going to King George Skytrain Station. * Close to Guilford Town Center, Surrey Central, Langley Center and White Rock, * 30-40 minutes by public bus /skytrain to University Canada West, KPU, SFU, TWU and Douglas College * 25–30 minutes to Vancouver by car/ uber * 45 minutes to downtown Vancouver by SkyTrain * 40 minutes away via Taxi or Uber from Vancouver Airport YVR * Close to shopping malls, grocery stores, banks, restaurants, parks, and recreation centers Rates: $32/night $220/week $950/month Extras: Free coffee and tea Meal preparation available at an additional cost Support for Female Students: We understand that moving to a new country can be challenging, and we’re happy to help with: Applying for a health care card Applying for a work permit Getting a bus pass Opening a bank account Setting up a cellphone Shopping trips to malls and grocery stores for personal items If you’re looking for a safe, supportive, and family-like environment for female students, we would love to welcome you!
