House Rules
The room is only for the guest, third parties are not allowed to stay at home. Parties, drugs and illicit substance are not welcome at home. The terrace area, kitchen, living room are shared by the family as well. If you smoke only in the patio in the room it is not allowed. Method of Payment: At the time of confirming the reservation you must pay 30% of the total through Paypal and the remaining balance must be paid the day of arrival home. In case of canceling your reservation, you must be notified 7 days before the arrival date for a 30% refund.

Separate room with private bathroom. For two people there is an additional cost of CLP$10,000 Outsiders are not allowed. By house rule, smoking and drug consumption are not allowed in the room.
Bedroom is located on the second floor of the house. It is a spacious room for one person. This continues to the main room of the house. Smoking is not allowed in the room. Only in the patio of the house.
