House Rules
Smoking is not allowed in the house. When leaving and entering, it must be locked. The kitchen can be used, with prior notice and agreement. Both this and the bathroom should be left clean after use. As we want to help the sustainability of the planet, the use of water and electricity must be reasonable. If consumption is excessive, additional charges may apply. During the stays in the house, we must respect the coexistence and not to carry out activities that bother the neighbors or the rest of the people of the house. Two weekends a month and some holy days my old mom stay with me since saturday morning until sunday evening. Smoking is not allowed in the house. When leaving and entering, it must be closed.
