Overview
We are retired, Valerie after many years as a nurse and Edward working with the Queensland Government Security. We have had a wonderful experience over many years, hosting students and guest from all over the world. We have recently downsized since retiring to live at the Gold Coast. We present a new modern home with all the latest equipment, facilities and located in central Robina - walking distance less than 200 m Our home has 2 guest bedrooms with aircon, new high quality double beds. We provide quality bed linen including towels etc Tea and coffee making facilities provided in room A modern fully equipped guest bathroom with full-size bath, shower and toilet also a separate powder room located on the ground floor is provided for guests' convenience Bathroom products are provided with hairdryer etc Guests' own sitting room is available with unlimited WIFi, TV and Netflix Includes a small refrigerator for guests, fruit and drinks etc

Enjoy your stay always ask if assistance is required check in after 2pm - or by prior arrangement. Please notify if you require a late check in. If not notified your booking may be cancelled. Eg later than 8pm check out by 10am - late checkout by arrangement free unlimited NBN WiFi Netflix Present identity document and payment - cash and/or bank transfer on arrival tea and coffee making facilities are available for guests in room evening meals can be prepared by guest - cooking no later than 8.30pm wash and clean and tidy kitchen after use We ask that you eat food at the table please and not in your room thank you shower - 5 minutes please, as Australia has a water shortage Please note - IMPORTANT always turn off fans and A/Con when leaving rooms. Electricity is expensive. Failure to do so may impact on the cost of the rooms.
