NEED A ROOM TO WORK FROM HOME/STUDY
Overview
Busy, professional that travels a lot for work and business. Not home often but looking forward to hosting some wonderful guests. My lovely home has an open concept living room connected to my barstool style kitchen with 1st floor laundry and 1st floor half bath. There's also a spare rear room with a computer desk and futon for relaxing. Feel free to help yourself to my coffee bar with a kitchen that's fully stock for you to create a wonderful home cooked meal. PLEASE BY MY GUESTS!!
House Rules
-Please REMOVE shoes at the front porch -Please keep my home secure. When leaving, please lock ALL doors and close and lock ALL windows. -Feel free to use the kitchen but please remember to clean up after yourself -Please do NOT bring strangers to my home. -VERY IMPORTANT...Please respect my home and treat it as if it was yours. Please be NEAT and CLEAN. -NO parties ALLOWED -NO SMOKING of ANY KIND WHATSOVER -NO Pets -NO overnight guests -NO sharing of keys or door lock codes -Please REPORT any damage you caused or notice. -NO loud music -NO entering other guests' rooms

This is a 1st Floor room with a futon that folds out into a full size bed. Room has a closet, computer desk and chair and accordion door that closes for privacy. Stackable washer and dryer are right next to it and access to the back porch.
