Near vegetarian area with balcony
Overview
District 1 isn't famous for being quiet. However, the house is right in Dist 1, located in quiet and favorite area. Surrounded by many great places, especially vegetarian restaurants, easily walk to: - Ben Thanh market, Fine Arts Museum, Bui Vien (backpacker town), 23/9 park, Mariamman Hindu Temple,.... Kitchen is on the ground floor, Its not included. I can share if you want to use it. In addition, my place is next to a dental clinic, it is so convenient if having any idea to renew your teeth. You also share the house with me during your stay so im always willing for any help.
House Rules
Please water the plants if having free time. If you have a motobike, pls text me in advance. Take off yours shoes at the shop downstair. No strangers, no smoking in the room
