Overview
My husband and I and my daught warmly welcome friends who come to China on business, for studies or travelling. We like making foreign friends and exchanging cultural insights. We a have small and nice male dog living with us in the apartment. It is ten years olds.Our accommodation is located in Shunyi Rd, immediately adjacent to Longde Rd station (lines 11 and 13) We have plenty of Homestay experience, since we have been doing this since 2008. We will ensure you will have a wonderful time in Shanghai, no matter if you are here for study or business. We usually share a special lunch or dinner once or twice per month. Breakfast is not included. If you like and we have enough time, we can take you to visit some famous places in Shanghai. You will have more chances to discover our culture and avoid the language barrier. Once you will start living with us, you will be treated as a family member There are three bedrooms and one living room, one dining room, two bathroom,one garden and a kitchen. We work to keep good hygiene in the house The guest room is well-decorated with a Chinese flair and has a big window. We will also provide you with wireless internet for free! A gym and a swimming pool are available as well in the complex by purchasing a daily ticket There is a wide range of supermarkets nearby, like Aldi and Hema NB. A 24/7 convenience store is just outside the complex. Global Harbor shopping mall is only a 10-min walk My husband worked as a salesman and I was into developing fabrics. We now retired and we enjoy cultural exchange. During these years we made friends with different people from all over the world by sharing Chinese language and Chinese culture with you All the rooms are private rooms and share the same bathroom. Feel free to contact us for any additional details about them Extras 1 we have a Chinese sim card from China Mobile, i.e. the best telecommunications company in the country. The fee is 90RMB per month. It includes 100 GB of mobile data. International calls are NOT included, domestic calls are. 2.Charged Airport Pick-up Service A dedicated staff member will wait at the airport, and a car will be provided for pick-up at a charge of 280 rmb one way by car. 3Dietary Assistance Because our diet is light.So will teach you how to use the Chinese food delivery platforms so that you can taste a wide variety of delicious foods. 4Travel Planning We are experienced travel enthusiasts. According to your interests, we will share local travel resources, carefully plan your itinerary, and arrange various travel activities. 5Cultural Experience Participate in activities such as Chinese language learning and traditional festival experiences to gain an in-depth understanding of Chinese culture. 5Language Tutoring If you have the need for Chinese language learning, you can communicate with us at any time.
