My husband, my daughter and I warmly welcome friends who come to China on business, for studies or travelling. We also like making foreign friends and exchanging cultural differences. We have small and nice one boy dog with 9 years. Our apartment is located at Road Shunyi Shanghai China .Very near metro 11 and 13 Longde station.Go to station by walk 2-3mins.100-150mters.Also near metro 3,4 road jinshajiang station . Near Jingan Temple and zhongshan park..Near ECNU.Go to ECNU by walk 15mins. Go to Jiaotong university by metro 11 only 2 stops. We have plenty of Homestay experience, since 2008. We ensure that you will have a wonderful time in shanghai no matter if you are here for study or business. There are three bedrooms, one living room, one dining room, two bathrooms and a kitchen. The bathroom is very clean and big, and you can enjoy a view of the peaceful lake from the kitchen window. The guest room is well-decorated with a Chinese flair, and has a big window. We can also provide you with wireless internet ! The “Green Home” has a gym and swimming pool. Transportation is very convenient, close to metro line 11 and 13(longde rd station),go to station by walk 2-3 min,also near line 3 and 4 ,13 (jingshanjiang rd station). Go to Jingan temple by metro 2 station only.very convenient area. Go to East China Normal Universation 15 min by walk. There is also a Carrefour and Bank of China just downstairs. The famous biggest shapping mall Global Harbor is very close to our apartment, Go to there by walk 10 mins. My husband is a salesman and my job is focus on developing fabric. We all enjoy culture exchange, and we really love to make friends with different people.We are allmost retire.We enjoy share our Chinese language and culture with you.We have one boy dog with us 9 years.He is quite. Room with king size bed.with desk and air-conditioner ,with share bath room Additional Services : Share our special lunch or dinner 1 or 2 times each month.But without breakfast as usual due to less spare time on the morning. Wash cloth not inclouding under wear English-speaking tour guide: Chinese cooking class: Extra's We can take you to visit some place which famous of Shanghai if you like and have enough time.You will have more chance into the local experience and different culture . If you require pictures, we will be happy to provide more for you. You are our family mumber if you book our room.Tell us your require and hobby.We could do our best within limited time. We have sim card for student.It is from mobile complany.It is good quality.Fee is rmb 90 one month.Includes 100megabytes of internet access.International call are not included.Domestic calls included.

Please keep your room clean as your family .Please keep the home secure and double-lock the front door when leaving the house. Outside for smoke. Don't rely on any guardrails. Mind the stairs.

The available nice single bedroom 2 is a 15 sq meter bedroom fully furnished with a double size bed . With wardrobe and desk, AC.The room is well-decorated window.bedroom 1and 2 are almost same.
This room is semi underground room size arround 15 sqm.With the living room. The living room is arround 18 sqm.You use all by yourself.This semi underground room with window reach our garden.Without air conditioning.Share Bothroom is at one floor.
