House Rules
No smoking inside the house, but in the yard it is fine. Clean-up after yourself. You'll be in a homey atmosphere (though no infants), please be friendly, or at least polite. You will be assigned refrigerator space. There are 2 friendly dogs in the yard. Practically all space except individual bedrooms is shared, including the swimming pool. Consult if bringing other people into property. If you need to stay longer it can be negotiated.
