Wake up to stunning views of the sea and forest in a serene neighborhood, just 2 km from downtown Florianópolis, 1.5 km from the Convention Center, and 4 km from the Federal University of Santa Catarina (UFSC). Your room comes with a private bathroom, minibar, and a work desk—ideal for relaxing or working remotely. The living room and kitchen are shared only with us, the hosts, who are happy to help you feel at home. House Rules
Access to the house is via an electronic lock; entry details will be sent one day before your stay. Your room is on the ground floor, immediately to the right after the entrance. The gate key will be on the gate—please leave it there after entering. Check-in is from 2:00 PM; check-out is until 11:00 AM. Early check-in from 6:00 AM and late check-out until 8:00 PM are available for a half-day fee, subject to availability. Please respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. We require the full name and ID number of all guests. Only registered guests may access the accommodation; no visitors allowed. Luggage storage is available before check-in and after check-out upon request, free of charge. When leaving your room: - Turn off all lights and air conditioning. - Take all your belongings. - Leave the room tidy as you found it. *Please do not flush toilet paper or sanitary pads. Towels should dry on the towel rack in the shower area. Common areas: - Keep the kitchen and shared spaces clean. - Use your room’s minibar to store food. Additional rules: - Respect neighbors, keep noise low after 10 PM. - No smoking indoors, use outdoor areas. - Pets are not allowed. - Dispose of trash properly. - No parties or events. - Turn off electrical devices when not in use. - Report damages or issues promptly. Moderate Cancellation Policy We understand that unexpected situations can arise, and we strive to be fair to both our guests and the organization of our home. Therefore, we have adopted a moderate cancellation policy: Cancellations made more than 7 days before the check-in date will be fully refunded, excluding the Homestay.com service fee. Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in will not be refunded, due to the blocked calendar and the preparation involved in welcoming our guests. If you need to cancel, please let us know as soon as possible so we can open up availability for other travelers. Thank you for your understanding!
