Overview
Hello, welcome to "MI casa" (My House). It's your home. It's an apartment in a 4-story building, 5 minutes from the walled city center, monuments, cultural and social entertainment, restaurants, beaches, churches, shopping centers, and a language school (Spanish, German, French, English, Portuguese), etc., across the street from the apartment. I live with my daughter, who works. I have many years of experience hosting foreigners, especially those who come to Cartagena de Indias to study Spanish. They come from Europe, Asia, North, South, and Central America, where the primary language is English or Portuguese, German, etc. It's a wonderful experience. They come to our home to kind, happy, and positive people eager to learn about our culture and language. There's a supermarket next to the building, and another one diagonally across. Two blocks away is a beautiful bay with a view of Boca Grande.Breakfast is the first meal of the day. I try to include it in the accommodation package, along with laundry (2-3 times a week). I provide breakfast from Monday to Friday. There is a small refrigerator, which is shared between the two rooms where I host. It is a safe, quiet place where you can go for walks during the day and at night, and easy transportation. You can use the kitchen, leaving it clean as soon as you finish, if you wish. Nowadays, in 2024, we have a high increase in energy consumption, therefore, the air conditioning service is rationed. However, if you would like more time, it is sold additionally by the hour. PLEASE, I DO NOT REQUIRE A DEPOSIT........BUT IMMEDIATE PAYMENT AS SOON AS YOU ARRIVE HOME. IF YOU SEND ME THE APPLICATION, AND YOU LIKE ANOTHER ROOM, PLEASE DELETE MINE, THAT WAY IT IS CLEAR THAT YOU WILL NOT BOOK. PLEASE BE CAREFUL WHEN CLOSING THE ROOM DOOR. WE LIVE IN A BUILDING, WHERE WE HAVE NEIGHBORS BELOW, AND NEXT DOOR, AND IT IS A DISTURBING AND UNCOMFORTABLE NOISE, FOR OURSELVES WHO ARE INSIDE THE HOUSE.
House Rules
Smoking on the terrace or in the patio, close the street door tightly, do not bring people other than those staying, seen in the living room of the house. or at the entrance of the building there is a garden with benches.

AA for hours and fan, closet, double bed, table to accommodate your things, armchair, shared bathroom, quiet, you can come and go, you will have your keys. There is a fridge that you can share with the other guest.
