£28 deposit for the Key If you come from Countries in the Red and Amber zones, then you must have had both vaccines and evidence to prove innoculated. There are no exceptions. No Smoking in the room or within the complex Must be quiet and respectful of other residents Wash, dry and put away dishes Keep your room tidy and clean Covid 19 If you are coming from abroad then you are required to adhere to all UK rules and recommendations as laid out by UK regulations. Observe hand washing at all times Kitchen surfaces to be wiped and disinfected Bathroom to be cleaned after every use including toilet seat etc If you break an item then you are required to replace with same. *Weekends are priced at £28 * Key £28 refundable at end of stay.
