Please lock the front door on leaving & entering the house. House alarm must be set when you are last leaving the house. 20% payment required on booking via Paypal with the balance due on arrival by cash/ Revolut. Full refund of deposit if cancellation is at least 7 days prior to arrival. Check-in after 3pm, Check-out 11am
