Modern Nearwest Side Duplex
Overview
Our large bright cozy duplex is located in the near west side Garfield Park, close to the Hatchery on Kedzie. You will be sharing our home with family and have access to laundry, private or full bathroom, kitchen and family room areas.
House Rules
We do ask that you please do not wear any shoes inside our home and please do not smoke in side building. Weekday quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. and weekends 12 :00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m. Please refrain from loud noises, laundry or music during that time. Animals are prohibited, except for ADA service animals. We are a non-smoking, non-vaping property. We ask to conserve resources and kindly remind guests to shut off lights, wash full loads of laundry, dishes and turn up/down air conditioner or heat when leaving the unit. Prices set for single or double occupancy for additional visitors, family or overnight guests. Please add $30 per person per night. For longer stays, we will arrange to clean rooms at least once a week and vacuum two or more times per week.
