Overview
Hi future homestay guests, We are a lovely family on the beautiful Gold Coast Queensland Australia opening up our spare room to a responsible / clean living adult international student , world traveller ! Large modern home with gardens, pool, bali hut close to Robina shopping center, 15 mins to Burleigh Beach , cafes , cinemas, theme parks ect . Large Queen size room with 2 single beds and built in robe . Shared large modern bathroom with children and small lounge/tv room to use at night . Unlimited wifi , bills , laundry washed by us or yourself to be arranged . Light cereal breakfast and nightly meal inc in nightly rate .
House Rules
We are a lovely family with 2 children ages 14 and 10, so we are preferring a student who will not be coming home after 9pm unless previously arranged . No noise after 10pm. You must be clean and tidy in your room , living areas, and after you use the kitchen. Must be a Non Smoker Must Love dogs , we have 2 bullterriers and they live inside/outside. We do not accept any strangers in our house unless previously given permission and must be security responsible with house keys ect . Shared large bathroom with children , smaller lounge area can be used at night iff needed .
