Share our Lovely modern 2 levels, 4 bedroom 2 & 1/2 bathroom house with 2 spare double bedrooms, both rooms have a double bed, desk and wardrobe, 1 with view of terraced garden, share bathroom, toilet , shower and bath. Sharing with my 26 year old son and other guest if booked. Just to advise you, there is a flight of stairs from front door to living area then a set of stairs from living area to bedrooms. We have available for use: hairdryer, shampoo and conditioner, shower/bath gel, bath towels, hand towels, face washers, beach towels, all bed linen, sun bock and mosquito spray. Single guest, Couples and families welcome. Full use of house, laundry, large open plan kitchen, Wifi and 2 family rooms, both with TVs. All surrounded by a very large landscaped 3 level garden. Includes waterfall plunge pool. You will be sharing the house with myself, I am retired, I go out to exercise 4 times per week and spend a lot of time gardening, my 26 year old son works full time and my husband, is retired. We have a very friendly visiting cat. Great location few minutes walk to bus stop, 10-15 minutes bus or drive to the Harbour Bridge, Opera House and city sights. Coffee stand on corner, Cafe takeaway, South African speciality groceries and bottle shop around the corner. Supermarkets, shops and restaurants in Lane Cove Village 20 min walk. Quiet family street with bush reserve across from our house. There is a fantastic new playground and family area at the end of the street. Easy Bus trip to City, Macquarie University and Chatswood Westfield (shopping Mall and train station) which is short distance away. Please note full payment in cash required on arrival, thank you.

Full Payment must be made on arrival, cash only. Clean up after yourself, please put dishes in dishwasher and no loud noise after 10pm, be respective and considerate of our home and others, have fun.
