Mitra Homestay
Overview
My mother brought me up with the culture and cuisine of Coorg and I identify with the coorg community through our little coffee estate in my mother's hometown of Katekeri. We believe that providing for our guests with good food and a taste of the culture of Coorg is essential to our identity. We run a homestay in our little home as well as the adjacent ancestral home of my mother. We are coorg and we love animals, food, nature and travel stories that our guests bring to us in our patio overlooking the hills.
House Rules
Check in and check out are strictly adhered to to ensure the next arrival is not inconvenienced. This is our home and hence please do not compare it with a hotel. If you mess up the rooms or place inform us immediately. Please provide time for any assistance or clean up as we have only one caretaker and ourselves. Please inform your drivers and assistants to not demand our assistance. They are not our responsibility. Bringing animals to the home stay is only allowed on prior approval. If you need anything, Please ask. Do not assume it will be provided before hand.
