Private entrance and private driveway all within a 15 minute drive to downtown Spokane, 30 minutes to Coeur a'Alene. We border Mission Meadows Community Garden, fresh produce & flowers. Soak in the clawfoot tub after cooking dinner! Our price includes all utilities, including garbage. We do live upstairs and if your space is quiet, you can hear footsteps/doggie steps. We have a noise machine, nightstand fan and supply ear plugs if you're a light sleeper. The space is ideal for a single person or couple.
