Hello, I'm Rob, and together with my wife Sheri, a professional engineer, we invite you to experience our warm hospitality in the heart of Toronto. We're a small, sociable family fluent in both English and Farsi, and we love meeting new people. Whether you're looking for engaging conversations or a quiet retreat to study, our home is the perfect place for you. Our house is located in a peaceful and safe neighborhood, offering easy access to parks, shopping centers like Yorkdale Mall and Costco, as well as convenient public transportation options including bus stops just a 2-minute walk away and bike share stations nearby. Your comfort and safety are our top priorities. That's why our house is equipped with fire extinguishers, smoke, and CO alarms. Basement apartment features: You will reside in a newly renovated furnished basement studio unit with a separate entrance, private bathroom and kitchen.The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. While we don't provide meals, feel free to use the kitchen and its supplies responsibly. Additionally, a cleaner visit once a month to ensure common areas are kept tidy. Washer and dryer are available only on the weekends. Booking Policies: • Guests must notify the host of cancellations at least 4 weeks before arrival to accept new guests. • The remaining balance must be paid in cash upfront upon arrival. • Minimum booking is 1 week, with a maximum stay of up to 3 months. • Notify us of any changes to confirmed short-term bookings. • Check-in is at 5:00 pm, and check-out is at 1:00 pm. • No smoking, no pets We look forward to welcoming you soon!
House Rules
House Rules: 1. Only one guest is allowed in the bachelor suite, with an age limit between 18 and 55, for peace of mind. 2. A profile photo is required when making booking inquiries. 3. Enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi with a high-speed fiber 1.5 GB internet package. 4. Free laundry is available for your use on weekends, 5. One quick shower allowed per day. House Policies: • No pets allowed. • No drinking alcohol, using drugs, or smoking on the premises. • Doors must be locked when leaving the premises, and lights and appliances should be turned off when not in use. • Occupants are responsible for keeping rooms clean and tidy • Respect for everyone in the home is expected. • Friends are not allowed without prior permission. • Open communication is vital to avoid misunderstandings. • Please keep the bathroom and kitchen tidy • Noise levels down after 10 pm. • If provided a key to the front door (for basement access), it's your responsibility; do not share these keys. • We're here to assist you 24/7; please speak to us about any worries or problems.
