Mews at Rear of house 2 bed studio
Overview
There are 4 Adults residing in the main build which is seperate to the Mews -myself Denise, my Husband Jason & our son Aaron 24yrs and daughter Danielle 35 yrs. Facilities include WiFi Internet Tv sitting room /living area, kitchen with hob microwave airfryer kettle toaster and iron Bathroom with electric shower included in the rental price - electricity is metered and paid separately by tenants. There are no pets allowed. Looking to rent for short term stays in June and July only and from September to June to two female students ( ideally friends) Or two females willing to share - separate bedrooms for tenants with double bed in each. No smoking permitted indoors as it is a smoke free home. we also have a family pet dog 6 months. Full payment for total stay, whether short or long term is expected on day of arrival. students travelling home at some weekends monthly rate of €750.
House Rules
Courtesy communication re times of arrival and exit to afford proper use of house alarm etc.
