The shared house includes 3 bedrooms, 2 for rent: - Well-located in West Lake district - a famous neighborhood for expats; - near markets, supermarkets, local restaurants, shops, 10 mins to West Lake/Red river, 15 mins to downtown, 40 mins to airport - 2 en-suite bedrooms fully furnished with 2-way ACs, soft mattresses, pillows, wardrobes and bedside tables - Large shared living room with AC and Internet TV (the couch looks kinda hard but adding a lot of cushy cushions now :p) - Soundproof glass windows for all bedrooms and living room - Well-designed kitchen with electric cooktop, microwave, fridge and more than enough cooking utensils - Modern walk-in showers, washing machine - Fast wifi - Big nice terrace - Quiet and safe area - Local-based bills so it's cheaper than the serviced house/apartment
