We provide: Laundry service, once a week Room cleaning service, once a month. Languages spoken: English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. Pet-free and smoke-free home. Availability: Ready for immediate move in 2 rooms available on the 2nd floor. 1 room available in the basement. Short term rental is welcomed
House Rules
Communication: preferred text messaging apps, phone calls Check-in/Check-out Times: Check in after 2:00pm, Check out before 12:00pm (special arrangement if needed) 3 meals plan can be provided, additional cost C$35 per day. Household Conduct Quiet Hours: no loud music after 10 PM Guest Policy: guests are not allowed. Food and Dining: you can prepare your own meals. No food and meal can bring to the bed room. Please eat in kitchen/dinning area. Cleanliness and Maintenance Cleaning Responsibilities: responsibilities for keeping shared spaces clean. Wash dishes, cups, cooking tools after used. Laundry Cleaning: laundry days in Saturay and Sunday only, once a week. Room Cleaning : please keep your room clean and we will provide room cleaning once per month. No smoking in the home. No pet is allowed.
