Overview
We are married couple living in our private 3-floor house in Danang city, Vietnam. As we just stay on the second floor, we would like to have our third floor rented. There are 2 available bedrooms which were furnished with old-style wooden furniture from 1990s. They are all full of sunshine with city-viewed window. To comfort our guests, air-conditioner and cable TV were provided in the private rooms and there are a refrigerator, an electric kettle and a microwave in the common area. The host is out-going and friendly.

1. Room service is only provided on request. 2. Smoking is not allowed inside 3. Keep your private room and the common spaces clean, tidy and secure during your stay 4. Do not bring strangers into our home. If you would like to invite a friend over, ask first 5. Respect our house as yours and follow our country's law

The double room was furnished with an old-styled double bed and armchairs from the years of 1990.
