Luxury Stay in the heart of Delhi
Overview
The Space Large private rooms with attached bathroom. Very well appointed rooms, with all furnishings, including satellite TV. Fully furnished American style bathrooms with each room. Each room is air conditioned. Guests can expect a peaceful, safe and secure stay in the heart of South Delhi, walking distance from one of the most important retail markets of Delhi. Not far is Nehru Place (about 10 mins) which is also a major commercial hub. Large open air terrace with a small garden. Plenty of restaurants and bars are walking distance. The Delhi metro station is also close by. A homely atmosphere, with a non- commercial feel. Safe and secure airport transfers can be arranged on request. Guest Access Guests will have access to the living room, balcony, terrace and a whole host of other places and facilities. Interaction with Guests We interact with the guests as much as they would like to interact with us! The Neighborhood The neighborhood is extremely quiet and safe. Its an upmarket residential area in a gated community. Location – neighborhood description 1. Between 15 to 45 min (depends on traffic) from Delhi International airport. 2. Auto Rickshaw (Tuk Tuk) stand 3 minutes walk. The metro station is 10 minutes away. 3. The famous M Block market is a stones throw. Plenty of shopping, dining options and bars. Getting around The Metro station is close by as is the bus stop. Its easy to hail a cab or an auto rickshaw from right next door to the house. Other Things to Note We live here too. House Rules
The House Rules: - Smoking only on the terrace of the house. No smoking indoors please. - Entertaining visitors who are not checked-in are not encouraged at any point of the day and NOT ALLOWED after 6pm. - Photocopy of passport for overseas guests and a valid identity card for domestic guests will be needed to be submitted on arrival. Polite behavior. Treat this as you would your own home. Located in a respectable neighborhood which is safe, we request our guests to respect the local community, the establishment and others.
