Car centric area, has neighborhood parking. Bicycles available for use. Your own private bedroom with private bathroom in a luxury house. Fully furnished with full size bed, TV, desk, wifi internet, closet. Furniture may change. Full use of shared kitchen, living room, laundry room, computer, bicycle, and the two refrigerators in the house. Swimming pool during summer. Includes wifi internet and utility bills (electricity and water). Single father with 2 young children that live there part time. No smoking, no pets. Females, students, travelers, international, working professionals all welcome.
