Luxury Inner City Accomadations
Overview
Located in the popular inner city community of Marda Loop, walking distance to local shops, restaurants, grocery stores and other amenities. The private downstairs bedroom is large with plenty of space, 11 foot ceilings, walk in closet and a huge window that brings in plenty of sunlight. There is access to your own full bathroom right beside the room. The basement has a treadmill and for your convivence a mini fridge. The home is shared with 1 professional adult and a small child (7 yrs Boy) who is heavily active in sports and activities. I work in the Accounting field. My son is attending French school and loves soccer and gymnastics.
House Rules
Females only Quiet after 8pm. Sorry no outside visitors or pets. Weekly stay - full amount due upon arrival. Monthly stay - first month due upon arrival. Remaining paid on 1st of the month. Deposit: $200 cash upon arrival, refunded on last day in cash. Payment type: cash only Bathroom/Bar area must be cleaned on last day of stay or $50 cleaning fee applies. Cancellation Policy: Weekly stay - non refundable if leave early. Cancellation Policy: Long term stay - if choose to leave before the booked date, a minimum of 30 days notice is required and payment is due until that date.
